Are you ready to be a vegetarian?becoming vegetarian means that you should avoid meat of your life. With careful planning, you can provide all the essential vitamins and minerals necessary for a long and healthy life, but it’s not easy to do. Instead may be you will get hard to restrain your appetite cause there are a lot challenges that must be defeated. Being vegetarian is a difficult determination.

Outline :

 Being vegetarian need a high motivation to avoid everything that have a relationship with the meat.
1. You must keep yourself from meatball.
2. It’s needed hard effort to restrain your appetite.

 There’re a lot of consequences to manage the balance of body nutrition.
1. Our body need a lot of nutritions of meat.
2. You need more sight about body nutrition.

 You will find it hard to get the fresh vegetable in the city
1. There’re a lot of pollutions in the city.
2. Vegetables that’s sold in supermarket usually ‘s saved for a long time.
3. It’s not easy to find the special garden which plant the vegetables.

 Being a vegetarian does not mean that you could have a long life.
1. The using of fertilizer have a bad effect for your health.
