D.    Getting that news makes them full of knowledge.

 III.            The second reason is getting entertainment.

A.    As the way to refresh the mind. 

B.     How to choose good entertainment from a lot of entertainments.

C.     It is not “junk” entertainment, but good entertainment.

 IV.            Closing: Deciding to watch television not waste of time is depending on how choosing it.
