Getting Breakfast
As a human, we need something to eat to supply the energy to our body. Food is one of important part to our body, because it gives energy to do the activities all day. To begin our activity, we need energy in the morning. That is why breakfast is required by almost health experts. But the problem is there are still so many people who consider it insignificant, whereas breakfast could help our body to control metabolism and help to do the health diet.
Some of research proving that the students who start their days with breakfast before school, have a better memory and have ability to permeating the lesson better than students who not breakfast. And also to anybody such as a worker in a company should get breakfast in the morning before they start to work because it will make them more concentrate and focus to work. Especially for women who want to go diet, breakfast could become better way to do. By getting breakfast, our body will press the desire to eat much. So, in the afternoon we will not eat much because we can control it with breakfast. And some people have proved it that their weight decrees average until two kilograms in a week. It is sure if we do it with high discipline and keep the exercise at least two times in a week.
In the other side, there are still so many people who are lazy to get breakfast. Some of them are students and workers. They give the reasons that they have not much time to get breakfast every morning. They said that they will come late to take their activity if they have to make some foods to eat first. They will about to eat when lunch time comes. Even, there are also some people who take an extreme way of diet that they do not want to eat because they consider it will be heaped up fats. Actually that is wrong thought. It is because leave breakfast instead will get the body more fat.
Those are the difference opinion about breakfast. I myself really give priority to get breakfast every morning. Besides it makes our body health, it is also make us control our weight stable. So, if we want to be healthy is by keeping breakfast every day before take an activity.
