Wake up Late
With so many activities that I done all day, I always feel so tired finally. Usually, if I felt exhausted, I would sleep in the night early. But sometimes, I always wake up late if my body has been work hard before. This is my bad habit and always makes some effects for me.

First, if I wake up late and in that day I have lecturing schedule at 7 o’clock, I will late go to campus. Indeed, the distance of new lecturing place is quite far from my house. I have to walk about one or two kilometers, and I must ride public transportation before. So, it will take my time so much. Therefore, I have to prevent it, because if it happens, I will get a consequence that I am not enrolled in a class attendance list.

Second, other than late go to campus, wake up late make me always in a hurry to do anything. And when I am in a hurry, my brain becomes blank. Sometimes, I forget or I was wrong to get something that I should bring to campus. Indeed, I ever forgot my wallet. And it makes me have to back to my house again, because I did not have money to pay Angkot’s fare.

Third, this is the worse effect of above causes. When I late then it makes me a hurry to do anything, actually those are bad start to my healthy heart. My heart is forced to work harder when we do anything in a hurry. And if it always happens, it will increase the risk of heart disease. Most of health experts said in their journal that if we always in a hurry to work, our heart will pump blood faster than normally. And it becomes fatal such as rupture of blood veins in the heart.

Thus, if I can do anything without late, I will be spared from all bad effects above. Just take a time to manage my activities better than before.
