Drinking Warm Water

Human need eat and drink everyday, especially drink. Drink won’t make us dehydration. As we know the human body is anywhere from 55% to 78% water depending on body size. A rule of thumb, 2/3 of body is consists of water, and it is the main component of human body. The functions of water in human body are vital. Warm water is a kind of water that can we drink everyday. But, warm water can be good and bad for our body.

Sometimes we need warm water for make our body warm. If you make a cup of coffee or tea, we need warm water. Many experts talk that warm water can bring us benefits. To purify yourself, try drinking warm water once or twice a week. The water should be very warm so you will begin to perspire, but it should not burn your mouth. You should begin to sweat as your body tries to lower its temperature. When you stop sweating, try drinking warm water again to balance your temperature. Drinking warm water can also be effective in clearing nasal cavities. If you are ill, drinking warm water can make you feel less congested. The water vapor causes the buildup in nasal cavities to loosen.

On the other hands, the experts talk that warm water is less availability of hot water everywhere you go. Though warm water is less available it is a simple and easy way to improve our lifestyle and bring positive outcome of this change. Besides that, if we drink it too much hot, it will burn our tongue.

Those are pros and cons of drinking warm water. I think drinking warm water can give us a lot of pros. Drinking warm water can make our body healthier. Drinking hot water is an ancient Ayurvedic method. Though hot water is less available it is a simple and easy way to improve our lifestyle and bring positive outcome of this change.
